¿Cuánto tardará en llegar mi pedido?

El plazo de entrega de los pedidos es de 24-72 horas laborables desde que se realiza el pedido (únicamente para envíos peninsulares; quedan excluidos Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla). Todos los envíos serán realizados por la empresa de transportes Correos Express.
Si por algún motivo el pedido se tuviera que retrasar nos pondremos en contacto contigo para comunicártelo.
Una vez realizado el pedido, no está permitido realizar ningún cambio en la dirección de envío, salvo que el cliente corra con los gastos y sea expresamente aceptado por las partes.
Los precios están establecidos según el peso o el tamaño del articulo en cuestión y el lugar del envió.

How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time of the orders is 24-72 working hours since the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments; Balearic, Canary, Ceuta and Melilla are excluded). All shipments will be made by the transport company Correos Express.
If for any reason the order had to be delayed we will contact you to let you know. Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties.
Prices are established according to the weight or size of the item in question and the place of shipment.
POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIONES / RETURNS POLICY
Tienes garantizado por ley el derecho a desistir del contrato de compra, sin indicar el motivo, de la mayoría de los productos durante 14 días naturales desde el día en que has recibido el producto.
Los productos deben volver en perfecto estado, si el producto ha sido dañado por cuestiones de envió, se plantean varias opciones:
- Posible reparación del producto en cuestión, siempre que el daño no sea muy elevado
- Devolución del mismo
- Pedir el mismo producto, el cual le será enviado de nuevo.

You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without indicating the reason, of most products for 14 calendar days from the day you received the product.
The products must return in perfect condition, if the product has been damaged by shipping issues, several options arise:
- Possible repair of the product in question, provided that the damage is not very high
- Return of the same
- Order the same product, which will be sent again.
